The “Belvilla Refer and Earn Program” (“The Program”) allows Members to earn Belvilla Money toward future home bookings by referring friends to become new users on Belvilla.
How to Earn Referral Belvilla Money
Members can earn Belvilla Money if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Belvilla account and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Reservation.
The referring Member will be credited with the Belvilla Money specified for each type of reservation in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Reservation.
You can refer as many friends you want but maximum number of referrals eligible for reward will be 5 per in a month. For any referrals exceeding this maximum number per month no Belvilla Money will be credited to your Belvilla Wallet or the Belvilla Wallet of the referred friend.
Qualifying Reservations
A Qualifying Reservation must have the minimum total value (excluding guest fees or taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials, Belvilla website, or Belvilla mobile application for that type of reservation. The Qualifying Reservation must be booked and paid for via the Belvilla platform. A reservation will not be considered a Qualifying Reservation, and therefore no Belvilla Money will be earned, if the referring Member is the host or if the reservation is cancelled at any time.
Redeeming Belvilla Money
Belvilla Money may only be redeemed via the Belvilla Platform. Once earned, Belvilla Money will appear in your Belvilla Wallet and will be automatically applied on the checkout page. Belvilla Money earned through referral must be used within 30 days from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. Belvilla Money is issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Belvilla Money may not be earned by creating multiple Belvilla Accounts. Belvilla Money accrued in separate Belvilla accounts may not be combined into one Belvilla account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Travel Credits, please contact us. Belvilla may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Belvilla’s sole discretion.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive credit in the form of Belvilla Money in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used on their next Qualifying Reservation on Belvilla. Belvilla Money will be automatically applied during checkout. Belvilla Money cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other Belvilla referral programs or incentives. Belvilla Money may only be used on Belvilla websites (Belvilla.com, Belvilla.nl, Belvilla.be, Belvilla.fr, Belvilla.it, Belvilla.es, Belvilla.co.uk, Belvilla.at, Belvilla.de) in conjunction with the booking of a single eligible Belvilla Home that meets the minimum total value (excluding guest fees or taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials, Belvilla website, or Belvilla mobile application for that type of reservation.Belvilla Money expire in 30 days from date of credit.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Members, only the Member associated with the referral link actually used by the referred friend will receive Travel Credit.
Termination and Changes
Belvilla may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Belvilla Money if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Belvilla Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Belvilla Money can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Belvilla websites (Belvilla.com, Belvilla.nl, Belvilla.be, Belvilla.fr, Belvilla.it, Belvilla.es, Belvilla.co.uk, Belvilla.at, Belvilla.de) applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
